I'm really passionate about capturing beautifully candid moments + emotions. It all stems from my journalism background, where storytelling took precedence over everything. In 2016 I found still photography when my company needed headshots for employees but no budget. After that coworkers asked me to take family portraits and engagement photos and I slowly built my business and skills from there.
I found elopements and couple photography brings me the most joy with the occasional small wedding sprinkled in there. I love the way small gatherings feel more intentional and allows my couples to take their time together to savor in their special day without the hustle and bustle of a large wedding.
I'm an introvert and always working hard to push my boundaries. Where I am most at home is connecting one-on-one with my clients. All I want to do is make art that reflects the love and joy of this time in your life in way that authentically tells your story.
